Battery swap ecosystem

Nine seconds instead of four hours.

Our 2W fleets run on swappable batteries. Riders never charge and never own a battery — they exchange a depleted pack at the nearest station and keep earning. Battery health stays with the network, not the rider.

Market context

When the subsidy stops, rental keeps running.

National electric motorcycle sales peaked at 77,078 units in 2024 while the subsidy was in force, then fell 28.6% to 55,059 units in 2025 once the incentive lapsed. Outright purchase is sensitive to incentives; daily usage is not.

National electric motorcycle sales, units per year source: SRUT, Ministry of Transport, via AISMOLI
2021 2022 2023 2024 2025

Figures follow the Ministry of Transport's type-approval registrations (SRUT) as reported by detikOto (January 2026) and KabarBursa. Note: in August 2025 AISMOLI projected only 20,000–30,000 units for the year (Kompas) — the final figure came in well above that, so the discrepancy between sources is stated as-is.

Development lines · AI-IT & digital learning

EV technicians don't appear on their own — we help train them.

Beyond sales and rental, we build AI-based operating systems, an LMS digital learning platform, and Teaching Factory programmes with partner schools — so the EV service network has a pipeline of trained technicians.

01
AI-IT operating systems Service records, rental unit tracking, and fleet reporting — used internally first, then offered to clients.
02
LMS digital learning Structured modules, AI-guided practice, and recorded assessment for technician and rider training.
03
Teaching Factory with schools Learning under real industry standards and procedures: students work on service and assembly that customers actually pay for.
04
Pathway into the service network Top graduates get priority for internships and hiring across the group's service centres.
